以发放问卷和进行访谈的形式对海林市猴头菇种植农户的收益情况进行调研，结合猴头菇生产资料的投入情况对收益进行综合分析。运用OLS模型对调查数据进行回归，得出种植户当期投入、经营规模、家庭劳动力数量、户主受教育年限、种植历史、产品质量、是否加入合作社、是否网络营销、菌渣是否回收对种植户收入有正的影响；户主年龄对种植户收入有负的影响。在此基础上并结合新形势下的国家政策，对提高海林市猴头菇种植户的收益提出了相关的政策建议。%Conduct research on hericium growers earnings in Hailin in the form of questionnaires and interview, make a comprehensive analysis of income with the input of Hericium production data. With the OLS model to regress the survey data, get some information about growers such as current input, business scale, the number of family labor force, education years of the householder, planting history, product quality and whether growers joined the cooperative, whether they carried out network marketing and whether the mushroom residue recovery had a positive impact on growers’income. The age of householder had a negative impact on growers’income. On this basis, linked to the national policy in new situation, put forward relevant policy advices to improve the hericium growers’income in Hailin.
