随着生态环境的不断恶化，林业作为生态文明建设的主体之一，面临着从传统林业向现代生态林业转变的历史性挑战。从浙江安吉的竹产业来看，我国传统林业的生态性、民生性、现代性发展面临着困境，传统林业的粗放式增长模式难以为继。林业的生态功能亟需加强，生态体系尚待健全；经济功能片面强化，产业体系有待优化；文化功能严重式微，文化体系亟需重构。新常态下，现代生态林业应保持适当的发展速度，以适当的方式、更好的质量、更高的效率保持健康平稳的增长状态。现代生态林业应有效实现林业的生态功能、经济功能和文化功能，综合统筹林业的多种功能、创建名优品牌、自主创新、多业融合、提高商业化水平是转型升级的必由之路。%With the continuing deterioration of the ecological environment, forestry as one of the main part of ecological civilization, facing a shift from traditional forestry to modern forestry historic challenges. From the bamboo industry in Anji county of Zhejiang Province, ecological, livelihood and contemporary development of China's traditional forestry is facing difficulties, continue the extensive growth mode of traditional forestry difficultly. Forestry ecological function urgent need to increase, ecological system remains to be perfect;Economic function strengthen unilaterally, industrial system needs to be optimized;cultural function decline seriously, culture system needs refactoring. Under the new normal, modern ecological forestry should maintain a proper growth rate, maintain healthy and stable growth in an appropriate manner, better quality, higher efficiency. Modern ecological forestry should effective realize the forestry ecological function, economic and cultural function, integrating the multiple functions of forest, creating famous brand, independent innovation, multi-sector integration, improving the commercialization is the only way to upgrade.
