随着全球经济一体化，我国场外金融衍生产品市场已见雏形，但与之相应监管体系亟待完善。传统的美国分业监管模式和英国的统一监管模式未能有效的对市场进行监管，因此，世界银行专家Michael Taylor提出了当下最前卫的“双峰”监管模式。通过分析“双峰”监管模式，对我国现行的监管框架、分工进行调整，以保护交易者的合法权益，妥善防范和应对未来可能出现的各类风险。%With the global economic integration, OTC financial derivatives product market has formed in China, but the corresponding regulatory system needs to be improved. Traditional regulatory in United States mode and unified regulatory mode in United Kingdom is not effective for market regulatory, therefore, the World Bank expert Michael Taylor put forward the present avant-garde of“twin peaks”regulatory mode. Through analyzing the“twin peaks”mode, adjust the current regulatory framework and division of labor in China, which aim to protect the legitimate rights and interests of traders, properly guard against and deal with various risks that may arise in the future properly.
