介绍林权收储、林业市场、供给侧改革的有关理论。对云南省林业市场进行调查分析，发现云南省林业市场存在效率低下、产品差异化程度低、创新驱动不足、生产要素动力不足等问题。提出云南林业市场供给侧改革应利用林权收储整合林地资源、完善劳动力供应体系、精准定位林业产业政策、矫正生产要素的扭曲配置、创新林业经营模式。%The paper introduce the theories of circulation and storage of forestry property, industry market and supply side reform. According to the existing investigation and analysis, there are many problems in the forestry market of Yunnan province, such as, low efficiency, low degree of product differentiation, lack of innovation drive or motivation of production factors and so on. The author puts forward that the supply-side of forestry market in Yunnan should apply the circulation and storage of forestry property to optimize forestry resources, improve its labor supply system, and accurate the orientation of forestry industry policy. Beside, adjusting the misallocation of production factors and innovating a new mode for forest management are also mentioned as creative ideas in this paper.
