内蒙古大兴安岭林区随着天然林保护工程的实施,迫切要求内蒙古大兴安岭林区高度重视发展转型产业.针对现有转型产业发展中存在的前期决策不科学、厂房厂地设备设施缺少、资金短缺、信息不畅、技术人员匮乏、经营理念落后等问题,采取完善体制机制、强化技术培训、拓展融资渠道、引进人才、健全宣传网络、加强宏观管理和内部协调、注重产业项目科学论证等措施,从根本上解决制约内蒙古大兴安岭林区转型产业发展的实质性问题,从而实现林业经济、社会、生态效益的和谐发展.%Inner Mongolia Greater Khingan Range forest region along with the implementation of natural forest protection project, the urgent request Inner Mongolia Greater Khingan Range forest region pay high attention to the development of transition industry. For the existing problems in the development of the existing transformation industry,such as early decision is not scientific, lack of plant factory equipment and facilities, the shortage of funds, poor information, lack of technical personnel, business philosophy behind and so on. This paper put forward some suggestion that take improve institutional mechanisms, strengthening technical training, expand financing channels, the introduction of talent, improve propaganda network, strengthen the macro management and internal coordination, pay attention to industrial projects scientific proof .So that fundamentally solve the substantive issues that restricting the development of Greater Khingan Range forest transition industry in Inner Mongolia, so as to realize the harmonious development of forestry economic, social and ecological benefits.
