Aiming at various problems in the informatization construction of Heilongjiang land reclamation area, the construction of informatization of clear Heilongjiang province on the basis of the strategic objectives, determining the principle of Heilongjiang province informatization strategic choice, choosing the key breakthrough strategy of promoting the all-round, farming the local regional informatization seamless docking, diversified development strategy, the agricultural informationization promoting agricultural modernization strategy for Heilongjiang province informationization strategy.
