Expounded and analysed the development situation, existing problems and restricting factors of under-forestry economy in Lanping county, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion, calling for government departments and the competent forestry authorities in Yunnan province pay more attention, to introduce relevant policies and measures to promote the development of under-forestry economy, clear the investment channel, promote the development of under-forestry economy in Yunnan province into the fast lane as soon as possible.%通过对兰坪县林下经济发展现状、存在问题与制约因素进行阐述、分析，提出了相应的对策与建议，呼吁云南省政府及林业主管部门加大重视力度，及早出台促进林下经济发展的相关政策与措施，明确投资渠道，促使云南省林下经济发展尽快步入快车道。
