面对瞬息万变的市场环境和高速发展的世界经济,林业企业要想增强企业的活力,提高企业的核心竟争力,实现生态效益和经济效益最大化,就必须培育和提升企业管理创新能力,特别是在思维观念、人才管理、市场营销、企业文化、全员创新上做好做足文章,营造“大视野”、“大整合”、“大市场”、“大文化”和“大氛围”的局面,使企业资源得到合理配置、整合和利用,实现快速、可持续发展。%Faced with the ever-changing market environment and the rapid development of the world economy. In order to enhance the vitality of enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, and to achieve ecological and economic benefits maximization, the forestry enterprises must cultivate and promote the ability of enterprise management innovation, especially in the concept of thinking, human resource management, marketing, corporate culture and all innovators, must make enough homework to create a“big vision”,“fully integration”,“large market”,“great culture”and“harmonious atmosphere”of the situation, so that the enterprise resource gets rational allocation, integration and utilization, and thus, achieve rapid and sustainable development.
