以可持续发展理论和系统科学理论为指导，对黑龙江省国有林区社会经济系统结构及各因素之间的因果反馈关系进行了分析，进而建立了黑龙江省国有林区社会经济发展的系统动力学模型。利用仿真工具Vensim PLE对自然发展模式、适度发展模式与高速发展模式进行仿真分析，提出了今后发展的对策建议。%Using the sustainable development theory and systems science theory as a guide to analysis the socio-economic systems structure and the feedback causal relationship between factors of the state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province, and then establish a system dynamics model of the social-economic of the state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province.
