从兴文县集体林权制度改革现状谈起，介绍了集体林权制度改革的具体做法，紧紧“围绕构建生态强县、旅游大县”的发展战略，如何坚持把林业发展与新农村建设、农民增收、区域经济发展、生态旅游开发、生态环境保护、生态文明有机结合起来，加大林权制度改革力度，认真抓好抓实退耕还林和天然林保护两大林业工程，全面推进农民林业专业合作社建设，林业建设有力地促进了兴文县域经济快速健康发展。%This article started with the present situation of the reform of collective forest right system in Xingwen County, introduced specific practices of the reform of collective forest right system, closely around the development strategy of ＂build a strong eco-tourism county＂, adhere to combine the forestry development with new rural construction ,increase the farmer＇s income, regional economic development, eco-tourism development, environmental protection and ecological civilization. Increase the forest tenure reform, earnestly and realistically implement the two projects of returning farmland to forest and natural forest protection, and comprehensively promote forestry professional co-construction and forestry construction, effectively promote the rapid and healthy development of county economy.
