水下多种摩擦界面摩擦系数实验研究

         

摘要

During the waterway engineering construction,such as immersed tube tunnel,gravity quay,etc.,when it comes to selecting the interface friction and friction coefficient,the uniform value of the friction coefficient often cannot meet the construction requirements.To solve this problem,we selected a representative friction interface to carry out experimental study,and analyzed the impact of the presence of floating mud base gravel bed at different loading conditions.The test results of friction coefficient of base gravel bed with concrete,rubber sheet,tooth plate,and concrete with the rubber sheet in different conditions and its impact of the value of the friction coefficient are given,which can provide evidence for related subject force calculation in water transport engineering.%沉管隧道、重力式码头等水运工程建设中涉及摩擦界面及摩擦系数的选择时,采用统一定值的摩擦系数往往不能满足设计施工要求.针对此问题,选取代表性摩擦界面进行试验研究,在不同受力工况下分析碎石基床存在浮泥的影响.试验结果给出碎石基床与混凝土、橡胶板、加齿钢板间以及混凝土与橡胶板间的不同工况下的摩擦系数和影响摩擦系数取值的敏感性因素,可为水运工程中相关受力计算提供依据.
