Open stockyard is widely adopted as coal temporary storage on traditional coal terminal, which leads to the environ-ment pollution. This paper describes the design and realization of the coal silo storage technology application on coal terminal phase-3 project of Huanghua Port. The new technology brings advantages on environmental protection, energy saving and effi-ciency increasing by downsizing staff. It can provide references for similar projects.%传统的煤炭接卸码头采用露天堆场形式对到港煤炭做临时转存，这种方式易造成环境污染。文章以新建成的黄骅三期工程为背景，阐述筒仓储煤工艺模式的实现，及其在环保节能、减员增效方面的显著效果，可为类似工程参考借鉴。
