In the light of the actual situations in the construction of the breakwater and the prefahrieation of Core-Loc Units for a deep water container terminal in Pakistan and based on the field surveys of some local projects in Pakistan, the five main factors, such as manpower, machinery, material, methodology and environment, which affect the quality of the precast Core-Loc Units, were analyzed. On the basis of the analyses, different cnunler-measures and implementing procedures to fulfill them were formulated, gaining experience for similar future works.%结合巴基斯坦集装箱深水港防波堤工程和Core-Loc块体的预制过程的实际情况,通过对巴基斯坦当地的部分工程施工条件的现场调查,从人、机、料、法、环五个方面分析影响块体预制质量的5个主要原因,并制定了不同的对策及实施过程,为以后类似工程的施工积累经验.
