目的 分析和研究中医治疗胃炎胃溃疡患者的临床护理效果.方法 选取我院在2015年10月——2016年10月期间采取中医治疗的124例胃炎胃溃疡患者,按照随机分配原则将所有患者分为参照组和研究组,各62例,其中参照组患者采取常规护理,研究组患者采取综合护理,观察和比较两组患者的临床护理效果.结果 参照组患者的治疗有效率为91.94%,复发率为11.29%,护理满意度为90.32%;研究组患者的护理有效率为100%,复发率为1.61%,护理满意度为100%.由此可见,研究组患者的治疗有效率和护理满意度都要高于参照组,且复发率比较低,p<0.05,差异比较具有统计学意义.结论 在中医治疗胃炎胃溃疡患者的过程中加强临床护理,患者的护理满意度和护理效果都得到明显提高,复发率显著降低,在临床中值得推广.%Objective Analyze and study the clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods in our hospital 124 cases of gastritis and gastric ulcer patients to take treatment during the period of October 2015-2016 in October,according to the principle of random distribution,all patients were divided into control group and study group,62 cases in each,the control group patients received routine nursing care,the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing,clinical nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared patients.Results the effective rate of the patients in the reference group was 91.94%,the recurrence rate was about 11.29%,and the nursing satisfaction was 90.32%.The effective rate of nursing care in the study group was 100%,the recurrence rate was about 1.61%,and the satisfaction rate was about 100%.Thus,the study group of patients with treatment effectiveness and nursing satisfaction were higher than the reference group,and the recurrence rate was low,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion in the treatment of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer in the process of strengthening clinical care,patient satisfaction with nursing care and nursing effects were significantly improved,the recurrence rate was significantly reduced in the clinical promotion.
