Objective To investigate the ef ect and the value of clinical application in the treatment of fat y liver.Methods the hospital included in 2014 and 2015 were diagnosed as fat y liver patients of 280 cases as the research object,according to take corresponding fat y liver intervention programs related to dif erences of patients,with 140 in each group were divided into control group(conventional treatment)and observation group(fat y liver clinical comprehensive treatment method of bed).To compare the ef ect of dif erent fat y liver intervention therapy on the patient's condition.Results compared with the fol owing indicators:alt,AST,TC,TG,observe group index data by statistical treatment tips was significantly bet er than the control group(P<0.05);eficacy observation group 10 cases were judged invalid,the control group 38 cases were judged invalid.The total efective rate were treated by prompt have significance(P<0.05). Conclusion the clinical treatment of patients with fat y liver disease has a significant ef ect on the remission of the disease,improve the related clinical indicators in a short time,and ensure the quality of prognosis after treatment,which is worthy of clinical at ention.%目的：了解脂肪肝患者用临床综合治疗方法进行干预的效果和推广价值。方法纳入本院2014年———2015年收治确诊为脂肪肝患者280例为此次研究对象，根据对患者采取对应的脂肪肝干预方案相关差异为准，以每组140例分为对照组（常规药物干预治疗）和观察组（脂肪肝临床综合治疗方法）。比较不同脂肪肝干预疗法对患者病情的影响。结果记录对比患者以下指标：ALT、AST、TC、TG，观察组患者指标数据经统计学处理提示明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；接受相关疗效评估后观察组有10例患者判定无效，对照组有38例患者判定无效，总有效率经统计学处理提示有意义（P＜0．05）。结论脂肪肝患者采取临床综合治疗方法干预对病情缓解有显著效果，短时间内改善相关临床指标，确保疗程后患者预后质量，值得临床重视。
