目的：：探讨西格列汀在老年糖尿病治疗中的临床效果以及不良反应.方法：选取我院2014年1月至2015年6月期间收治的80例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料，并将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例.对照组采用常规治疗方案，观察组采用西格列汀.比较两组患者的治疗效果，观察期用药后是否存在不良反应.结果：观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05)；观察组发生2例低血糖，对照组发生3例低血糖，不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0．05).结论：应用西格列汀治疗老年糖尿病能够有效地提高其治疗效果，且不良反应发生率较低，对患者影响较小，值得临床推广.%Objective:Objective to explore the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Sig Leo Dean in the treatment of senile diabetes.Method:Methods the clinical data of 80 cases of elderly patients with diabetes in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 40 ca-ses.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Sig Leo Dean.The therapeutic effects of two groups were com-pared and adverse reactions were observed after treatment.Result:The treatment efficiency of observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.05);2 cases of hypoglycemia occurred in the observation group,the control group was 3 cases of hypoglycemia,no significant adverse re-actions difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Application of glipizide in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes can effectively improve the treatment effect,and the inci-dence of adverse reactions is low,the impact on patients is smal ,worthy of clinical promotion.
