目的：探讨基层医院感染管理中存在的问题以及解决对策。方法对该县30多所县级医院及乡镇卫生院的医院感染管理工作展开为期2年的调查，分析其中的问题，并指导和改进管理工作。结果基层医院感染管理中的问题主要有感染管理工作流于形式、感染控制措施落实不到位、医务人员职业暴露、医院污水、污物处理不规范等。在经过科学管理之后，基层医院的感染管理工作得到很大的改进。结论建立有效的管理机制、强化培训、规范操作是解决医院管理问题的有效途径。%Objective To study the issues existing in the infection management in the primary hospital and countermea-sures. Methods The hospital infection management work in more than 30 country hospitals and health clinics in towns and townships in our country were surveyed for 2 years, the issues were analyzed, and the management work was guided and improved. Results The main issues existing in the infection management in the primary hospital were that the infection management work became formalistic, the infection control measures were not fully implemented, the occupation of medical staff was exposed, and the sewage and wastage treatment was not standard, and the infection management work in the pri-mary hospital was greatly improved after the scientific management. Conclusion Constructing the effective management mechanism, strengthening training and standardizing operation are the effective ways to solve the hospital management is-sues.
