Objective To investigate the effects of different levels of management applications in TB patient care manage-ment. Methods January 2014-January 2015 period in our hospital 74 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients hospitalized as a research group, select the December 2013 - December 2014 period 74 cases of tuberculosis patients as a control group. The control group received routine nursing interventions based on this study group received different levels of man-agement intervention. Results There were no nursing accident, significantly lower than the 8.11%in the control group (P<0.05), the study group patients care overall satisfaction rate 98.65%, higher than the 86.49%(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the TB clinical care unit hierarchical management model is feasible, can effectively reduce the probability of an accident care, improve patient satisfaction with care and suitable for promotion.%目的：探讨分层次管理模式在肺结核病人护理管理中应用效果。方法选择2014年1月-2015年1月期间该院收治的74例肺结核住院患者作为研究组，选择2013年12月-2014年12月期间74例肺结核患者作为对照组。对照组接受常规护理干预措施，在此基础上研究组接受分层次管理干预。结果研究组无护理事故出现，显著低于对照组的8.11%(P<0.05)；研究组患者对护理工作的总满意率为98.65%，高于对照组的86.49%(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核临床护理单元中实施分层次管理模式是切实可行的，可以有效降低护理事故的发生概率，提高患者对护理服务的满意程度，适于推广。
