目的:探讨建立科室二级库进行管理和控制,以降低卫生材料的消耗,提高管理效益。方法通过现场督导检查和物资管理信息系统提取二级库月末盘点结存数据进行比对分析、反馈、整改、控制。结果合理库存总体呈上升趋势,由初期的21.15%提升至54.72%,不合理库存总体呈下降趋势,由初期的38.46%下降至13.20%。结论通过加强对二级库存的管理,控制了卫生材料的领用,降低了库存和支出,降低了耗占比,盘活了资金,降低了医院运营成本,实现了精细化管理。%Objective Explore the establishment of departments of two library management and control, in order to reduce the consumption of sanitary materials, improve management efficiency. Methods Through on-site supervision and inspection methods and materials management information system database extract secondary end inventory balance data for compari-son analysis, feedback, correction and control. Results Reasonable inventory overall upward trend, increased from 21.15%to 54.72% initial unreasonable Stock overall downward trend, decreased from 38.46% to 13.20% initial. Conclusions By strengthening the management of secondary inventory, control of the requisitioned sanitary materials, reduce inventory and expenses, reducing the consumption accounted for and revitalize the capital, reduce hospital operating costs, to achieve the fine management.
