Objective To explore the emergency nursing measures of hemorrhagic shock caused by rupture of ectopic pregnancy.MethodsThe clinical data of 33 patients with ectopic pregnancy ruptured hemorrhagic shock were analyzed retrospectively from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital. The emergency nursing measures and the first aid effect were summarized.Results 33 patients after active surgical treatment and nursing, no postoperative complications, were discharged, nursing satisfaction reached 100%.Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy rupture hemorrhagic shock patients after active and effective first aid and care help to improve the success rate of rescue, accelerate the early recovery of patients.%目的：探讨异位妊娠破裂失血性休克的急救护理措施。方法回顾性分析2015年6月-2016年6月在我院采取急救治疗和护理的33例异位妊娠破裂失血性休克患者临床病例资料，总结急救护理措施和分析急救效果。结果33例患者经积极手术治疗和护理之后未见术后并发症发生，均痊愈出院，护理满意度达到100%。结论异位妊娠破裂失血性休克患者经过积极有效的急救和护理有助于提高抢救成功率，加速患者早日康复。
