Objective To analyze and study the content of Cd,Cr,Cu and Pb in 3-layer co-extrusion film for infusion by using ContrAA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods Used ContrAA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the amount of Cd,Cr,Cu and Pb.ResultsThe results showed that the content of Cd,Cr,Cu and Pb had good linearity in the range of 0.1~1.0 mg/L(r=0.999 6,0.999 2,0.995 6,0.999 7),with the detection limits of 0.007 8 mg/L,0.009 4 mg/L,0.008 1 mg/L and 0.005 1 mg/L,and relative standard deviations of 3.4%~4.3%,and the rates of recovery ranged 97.9%~103.3%、96.9%~100.5%、96.7%~100.8%、99.5%~103.0%.Conclusion ContrAA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry was suitable for the determination of Cd,Cr,Cu and Pb in 3-layer co-extrusion film for infusion,with the advantages of easy operation,high efficiency and good stability.%目的:分析和研究采用ContrAA700高分辨率连续光源原子吸收光谱仪,对三层共挤输液用膜中的Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb元素进行测定。方法应用ContrAA700高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱仪测定三层共挤输液用膜中的Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb元素。结果结果显示,Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb在0.1~1.0 mg/L的范围内线性良好,r分别为0.9996、0.9992、0.9956和0.9997,检出限分别为0.0078 mg/L、0.0094 mg/L、0.0081 mg/L、0.0051 mg/L,相对标准偏差为3.4%~4.3%,回收率分别为97.9%~103.3%、96.9%~100.5%、96.7%~100.8%、99.5%~103.0%。结论采用ContrAA700高分辨率连续光源原子吸收光谱仪测量三层共挤输液用膜中的Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb元素,仪器操作简单,灵敏度高,测量所得到的数据更加精准。
