目的：探讨介入治疗胰腺癌肝转移的效果。方法将60例胰腺癌肝转移患者随机均分为2组，对照组放疗处理，研究组加用介入治疗，对比两组效果。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05），生存时间也长于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论介入治疗胰腺癌肝转移效果良好，可延长生存时间。%Objective To investigate the effect of interventional treatment for hepatic metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Methods 60 cases of pancreatic cancer patients with liver metastasis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with radiotherapy,the study group was treated with interventional therapy,and the effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the survival time was significantly longer than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Interventional treatment of pancreatic cancer with liver metastasis is effective and can prolong the survival time.
