天津地区天然采光下的办公室空间型体研究

         

摘要

This article takes the office buildings in Tianjin area as example.offices'' data,including space size,ratio of glazing to floor area and so on,were collected through filed research.Simulation was conducted with orthogonal experiment method.ECOTECT and Radiance software were used for modeling and simulation.The average value of daylight factor and uniformity of daylighting are used to evaluate the result of simulation.In the end,we can get the most suitable design size and ratio of glazing to floor area for office.The study is aimed at reducing the energy consumption of lighting,meanwhile we can create a good daylight environment in order to improve visual perception for users.The result of this study can help architect use daylight well in building design.%以天津地区办公建筑为例,通过实地调研获得办公建筑主要功能房间办公室的空间尺寸、窗地比等数据,采用正交试验设计方法进行模拟试验,借用Ecotect、Radiance软件建立模型并进行模拟.以采光系数平均值和采光均匀度从数量和质量两方面进行综合评价,通过定量分析,最终得出办公室最优空间尺寸组合、窗地比等.研究工作不仅可以降低照明能耗,同时还可以给使用者营造良好的天然光环境,提升视觉感受.研究结果可对建筑师在方案设计阶段有效利用天然光提出有价值的建议.
