双路不等功率恒定电流输出的LED驱动电路设计

         

摘要

我们提出了在LED光源中加入一组红光LED芯片,并在荧光粉层中减少红色荧光粉的使用量.实验得出,这种光源具有高显色指数、高光效的优点.要实现白光LED达到不同的色温,蓝光LED和红光LED的电流要求不一样,因此设计了一种双路不等功率恒定电流输出的LED驱动电路,能同时为LED光源的蓝光LED和红光LED提供不同的恒定工作电流.封装后的白光LED经过测试结果表明,所设计的电路能够满足白光LED高显色指数、高光效的要求,能够广泛应用于商业照明场合.%We propose to add red LED chips to the LED light source and reduce the amount of red phosphor used in the phosphor layer,the results show that the light source has the advantages of high color rendering index and high luminous efficacy.To achieve a different color temperature of white light LED,the current requirements of blue LED and red light LED are different,so we design a LED driver circuit with dual unequal power and constant current output,which can provides the different constant working current for the blue light LED and red LED of the LED light source.The results show that the LED driver circuit can satisfy the requirements of high color rendering index and high luminous efficacy.It can be widely used in commercial lighting occasions.
