目的 探讨水囊引导下宫腔镜电切术治疗完全纵隔子宫可行性.方法 对31例完全纵隔子宫患者采用水囊指示法下宫腔镜电切术,并对患者的手术时间、出血量、术中术后并发症、妊娠率及足月产率进行分析.结果 31例均在腹腔镜监视下1次完成手术;无术中并发症发生;宫腔镜手术时间2.3～10.2 min,平均(6.7±3.3)min;出血量极少;术后住院天数3～6d,平均(3.4±1.7)d;术后3个月再次宫腔镜检查发现1例(3.2％)有轻度宫腔内膜状粘连;术后2年妊娠27例(87.1％);足月产19例(61.2％).结论 水囊引导下宫腔镜电切术是治疗完全纵隔子宫简便、安全、有效的方法.%[Objective] To investigate the feasibility of hysteroscopic electrosection-anaplasty of a complete septate uterus with the guide of a hyponome technique. [Methods] 31 patients with complete septate uterus were recruited in this study and underwent anaplasty, operation time, blood logs, intraoperative and postoperative complications, pregnancy rate, term birth rate were analyzed. [Results] All the 31 patients underwent a hysteroscopic electrosection-anaplasty under the supervision of laparoscope, there were no intraoperative and postoperative complications, the hospital stays after surgery was 3-6 days, with a mean time of (3.4±1.7) days, the time of Hysteroscopic operate were 2.3 - 10.2 minutes,with a mean time of (6.7±3.3) minutes, there was almost no blood loss in the surgery; 1 case (3.2%) had mild intrauterine adhesion in 3 month after surgery. 27 patients were pregnant in 2 years after the anaplasty (87.1%), 19 patients got term birth (61.2%). [Conclusion] Hysteroscopic electrosection-anaplasty with the guide of a hyponome technique is a convenient, safe and effective method for complete septate uterus.
