[Objective] To investigate the diagnostic value of branchofibroscopy (BFS) for early asymptomatic lung cancer and X-ray negative lung cancer and diagnose finally. (Methods] Displays under bronchofibroscope and pathological types of 20 cases of early asymptomatic lung cancer patients and 30 cases of X-ray negative ones detected by bronchofibroscopy, both of them were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Asymptomatic lung cancer group: 1 Displays under bronchofibroscope: ①anaiomical types; 16 cases of central type (80.00%) and 4 cases of peripheral type (20.00%); ②basic appearances: 10 cases of proliferation type(50.00%), 6 cases of infiltration type(30.00%), 3 cases of outer-pressing type (15.00%) and 1 case of normal type(5.00%). 2 pathological types: 13 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (65.00%), 3 cases of small cell lung cancer (15.00%), 2 cases of adenocarcinoma (10.00%), and 2 cases of undetermined type lung cancer(10.00%). X-ray negative lung cancer group: 1 Displays under bronchofibroscope: ①anatomical types: 24 cases of central type (75.00%) and 8 cases of peripheral type (25.00%); ②basic appearances: 18 cases of proliferation type (56.25%), 6 cases of infiltration type (18.75%), 5 cases of mixed type (15.62%)and 3 case of normal type (9.38%). 2 Pathological types: 18 cases of squamous celt carcinoma (56.25%), 5 cases of small cell lung cancer (15.63%), 4 cases of adenocarcinoma (12.50%) and 5 cases of undetermined type lung cancer (15.62%). [Conclusions] Bronehofibroscopy has very important value in diagnosis of early asymptomatic lung cancer and X-ray negative lung cancer.%目的 提高纤维支气管镜检查对早期无症状肺癌及X线阴性肺癌诊断价值的认识,以尽早确诊肺癌.方法 回顾性分析经纤支镜检查确诊的早期无症状肺癌20例及X线阴性肺癌32例的纤支镜下表现及病理学类型.结果 无症状肺癌组:纤支镜下表现:①解剖学分型:中央型16例(80.00％),周围型4例(20.00％)；②基本表现:增生型10例(50.00％),侵润型6例(30.00％),外压型3例(15.00％),正常型1例(5.00％).病理学类型:鳞癌13例(65.00％),小细胞癌3例(15.00％),腺癌2例(10.00 ％),未分类2例(10.00％).X线阴性肺癌组:①解剖学分型:中央型24例(75.00％),周围型8例(25.00％)；②基本表现:增生型18例(56.25％),侵润型6例(18.75％),混合型5例(15.62％),正常型3例(9.38％)；病理学类型:鳞癌18例(56.25％),小细胞癌5例(15.63％),腺癌4例(12.50％),未分类5例(15.62％).结论 纤维支气管镜检查对早期无症状肺癌及X线阴性肺癌具有重要诊断价值.
