[ Objective ] To research the effectiveness and safety of totally tubeless mini -percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL). [Methods] Eighty patients were enrolled in a prospective randomized clinical trial during June 2010 to August 2011. These patients were randomized to two groups: totally tubeless MPCNL and standard MPCNL. The two groups were comparable in age, sex and stone area. Factors evaluated included operative time, postoperative pain, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, and postoperative morbidity. [Results] Compared with standard MPCNL, totally tubeless had much more advantages in postoperative pain (5.08±1.58 VS 5.98±1.69, P = 0.016) and hospital stay (5.17±2.77 VS 6.68±2.74, P =0.017); While there were no difference in operative time, blood loss and postoperative morbidity. [ Conclusion ] Totally tubeless MPCNL can be considered as safe and effective.%目的 探讨完全无管化微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)的有效性及安全性.方法 2010年6月～2011年8月,共有80例患者纳入临床随机对照试验研究.患者被随机分成完全无管化MPCNL组和标准MPCNL组,两组间年龄、性别及结石面积差异无显著性,具有可比性.观察手术时间、血液丢失量、术后疼痛指数、住院时间及并发症等相关指标.结果 完全无管化MPCNL可减轻患者疼痛评分[(5.08±1.58) VS(5.98±1.69),P=0.016],缩短患者住院时间[(5.17±2.77) VS (6.68±2.74),P=0.017].两组手术时间、血液丢失量及并发症差异无显著性.结论 完全无管化MPCNL治疗特定肾结石患者是安全有效的.
