对本院自2009年10月至2017年9月诊治的22例播散性带状疱疹进行回顾性分析.22例患者中以60~69年龄组人数最多,9例患者的首发部位为肋间神经区,其中14例合并基础疾病.所有患者均给予抗病毒、营养神经、调节免疫及外用药物治疗,患者均痊愈,留有后遗神经痛者10例.%The data of 22 patients with disseminated herpes zoster from October 2009 to September 2017 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively. The age in near half of the patients was in the group of 60 to 69 years old (45.5%). The site of the lesions was located in intercostal nerve region in 9 patients (40.9%). Fourteen cases had basic diseases. All patients were treated with antiviral,nerve nutrition,immune regulation and topical drugs. All patients were recovered and 10 patients suffered from postherpetic neuralgia.
