Objective:To determine the effects of Tanshinone combined with Oxymatrine on the prolifera-tion of HaCaT cells, stratum granulosum formation and mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelia. Methods: HaCaT cells were cultured in vitro and the tail scale formation mouse model and vaginal epithelial cells excessive pro-liferation mouse model were constructed. The HaCaT cells and the mice in the two models were treated with Tanshinone, Oxymatrine and Tanshinone combined with Oxymatrine. Results: The proliferation of HaCaT cells was inhibited after treated with Tanshinone, Oxymatrine and Tanshinone combined with Oxymatrine in a concentration-dependent manner. Oxymatrine and Tanshinone cooperated mutually in the process of inhibiting the proliferation of HaCaT cells. The granular cells in the flake of the mouse’ s tail were increased and the mi-tosis of mouse vaginal epithelia was inhibited after treated with Tanshinone, Oxymatrine and Tanshinone com-bined with Oxymatrine. Conclusion:Tanshinone combined with Oxymatrine inhibite the HaCaT cells prolifera-tion and mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelia and promote the formation of stratum granulosum.%目的::明确丹参酮联合氧化苦参碱对银屑病模型细胞增殖、颗粒层形成及小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂的影响。方法:体外培养HaCaT细胞、构建小鼠尾鳞片形成模型和小鼠阴道上皮细胞过度增殖模型,构建成功后分别分组给予丹参酮、氧化苦参碱及丹参酮与氧化苦参碱联合的处理。结果:丹参酮,氧化苦参碱及联合用药对HaCaT细胞的增殖均具有浓度依赖性抑制作用且丹参酮和氧化苦参碱对HaCaT细胞增殖的抑制作用具有协同效应;丹参酮、氧化苦参碱及联合用药均可促进小鼠尾部皮肤颗粒层的形成,可抑制小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂,联合用药组作用最强。结论:丹参酮和氧化苦参碱联合应用具有抑制HaCaT细胞增殖和阴道上皮细胞分裂,促进颗粒层形成的作用。
