The normal developmental cycle of Chlamydia trachomatis ( Ct) is alternated between elementa-ry bodies ( EB) and reticulate bodies ( RB) in the process of Ct infecting human epithelial cells. However, in vitro, EB become enlarged and developed into the aberrant RB after induced by penicillin, interferon-γand iron, et al. The aberrant RB returns to normal and cells division continues again after the inducer is re-moved. This paper aims to summarize the influence factors on cell model persistently infected with Ct in vitro and the development in the model construction.%沙眼衣原体( Ct)在感染上皮细胞整个过程中,Ct原体和网状体两种形态交替形成。然而,体外培养过程中,青霉素、IFN-γ、缺铁等可抑制RB向EB的转化,形成异型RB;当诱导因子去除后,网状体又重新转变为正常形态并开始分裂,表现为持续性感染状态。本文对体外Ct持续性感染细胞模型的相关因素以及方法学的研究进展作一综述。
