研究目的：量化城市圈土地资源受诅咒程度，探究城市圈土地资源诅咒空间差异及其发生传导机制，继而提出土地差别化管理的政策建议。研究方法：运用空间递归面板数据模型探索研究区土地资源诅咒空间传导机制。研究结果：根据受诅咒程度，城市圈9个城市分别属于完全无诅咒区、潜在诅咒区、轻微诅咒区、严重诅咒区，且影响各区土地受诅咒程度的因素也是有差别的。研究结论：针对城市圈各个城市土地资源受诅咒程度提出了差别化管理的政策建议：完全无诅咒区，减少高耗能产业用地，分散区域生产力布局；潜在诅咒区，适当增加建设用地指标，促进产业结构优化；轻微诅咒区，加强区域联系，增加交通用地；诅咒严重区，限制大规模工业开发，建立自然资源保护区。%The purpose of this paper is to study the so-called land resource curse phenomenon in Wuhan Metropolitan Areas and analyze its spatial heterogeneity and transmission mechanism, and then put forward the administrative countermeasures. The main method used is spatial recursive panel data model. The results indicate that we can classify the nine cities of Wuhan Metropolitan Areas into four categories according to the degree of the curse in each district, i.e., non-curse district, potential one, light one and severe one. The paper concludes with policy implications that 1) we should reduce the energy consuming industry land, and disperse regional productivity layout in the none curse district;2) land policy should be aimed at increasing some industry land quota so as to optimize industrial structure in the potential curse district;3) increasing the supply of transportation land to strengthen regional communication is a necessary in the light curse district;4) we should control large-scale industrial development, and establish the natural resource protection areas in the severe curse district.
