文章从规则的适用、主管机关间对违反规则的通报、与食物的隔离、运输作业的相关规定和特殊规定等方面介绍了第36-12版《国际海运危险货物规则》的主要变化，并结合包装危险货物运输实际探讨了新修正案的影响。%This paper briefly introduces the major changes of the amendments (36-12) to the international maritime dangerous goods code on the application of the Code, notification of the infringements between competent authorities, segregation with foodstuffs, related provisions concerning transport operations and its special provisions, and discusses the affect of the new amendments on the fact of packed dangerous goods transport.
