This paper, from the legalistic point of view, sorts out the requirements in ship recycling convention and the current situation of Chinese ship recycling legislation, analyses the gap existed in the implementation legislation and puts forward relevant recommendation for the purpose of providing legislation support for the comprehensive implementation of ship recycling Convention.%文中从法律角度，系统梳理《拆船公约》的要求、我国船舶拆解相关立法现状，分析履约立法差距，提出了相关建议，为《拆船公约》在我国的全面履约提供立法支撑。
