筒式永磁调速器的磁场分析与特性研究

         

摘要

The permanent magnet adjustable speed drive (PMASD)is a new kind of power trans-mission device for motor drive systems,which can realize the speed control of a centrifugal load and the energy saving of a motor by adjusting the confronting area between the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor.Based on the 3D moving eddy current field,the complete finite element mod-el of a cylindrical PMASD was presented,and the transient analysis was carried on for intense re-search of magnetic field and characteristics of the device.The distribution of magnetic field and eddy current were obtained.On the basis of that,the corresponding curves of output power and torque in different slip ratios and confronting area were acquired and analyzed.An experiment was conducted, which validated the correctness of the finite element analysis method by comparison.%永磁调速器通过调节永磁转子和导体转子的相对位置来实现离心式负载速度的调节和电机的节能,是一种新的调速设备。为了深入研究筒式结构永磁调速器的磁场及机械特性,基于三维运动涡流场,建立了筒式永磁调速器的有限元模型,并对其磁场进行了瞬态分析,得出了筒式永磁调速器的磁场和涡流分布情况,以及输出功率和转矩随转差率和啮合面积的变化曲线。分析结果与试验结果的对比验证了有限元分析方法的正确性。
