基于Kriging模型的跑车尾翼断面形状的气动优化

         

摘要

A method which combined numerical optimization with CFD optimization was discussed. A sports car's rear wing was optimized by this way, firstly the cross-section of rear wing was parameterized by NURBS curves, then the method of Latin design of experiments was adopted to generate test sample points, and mathematical model was built based on the Kriging approximation model, at last the global optimization design was preformed. The drag force of the optimized vehicle reduces by 2.35%, while the negative lift force increases by 25.93%, so its aerodynamics is improved greatly. The results show this method can provide certain engineering guidance for the aerodynamic optimization of car accessories.%探讨了一种将参数化寻优方法与计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)相结合的优化方法.以一跑车的尾翼为例,利用NURBS曲线对尾翼断面形状进行参数化设计,采用拉丁方法进行试验设计,基于Kriging模型建立近似模型,最后建立其数学模型进行全局寻优设计.优化后整车的阻力减小了2.35%.负升力增加了25.93%,较大地改善了其空气动力学性能.结果表明,该方法可为汽车附件的气动优化提供一定的工程指导.
