目的：探讨盆底重建术治疗女性重度盆腔脏器脱垂的效果。方法选择从2011年4月～2015年4月来我院就诊的子宫脱垂Ⅲ～Ⅳ度，同时有阴道壁脱垂的患者共198例，根据随机数字表法分成阴式子宫切除及阴道前后壁修补术组(以下简称阴宫组)，盆底重建术组(以下简称重建组)，每组99例。比较两组患者的手术时间、手术中的出血量、住院天数等指标，记录POP-Q分级、治愈率进行对比分析。结果重建组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间明显优于阴宫组，结果有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。手术后12个月的治愈率重建组优于阴宫组，结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论使用盆底重建术治疗女性重度盆腔脏器脱垂，能够有效的增强盆底支持结构，恢复其功能，同时可以保留子宫，能够提高患者的生活质量，效果值得肯定。%Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic lfoor reconstruction in the treatment of severe pelvic organ prolapse in female.Methods A total of 198 cases of patients from April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital for treatment of uterine prolapse III to IV, and vaginal wall prolapse were selected, and according to the random number table the patients were divided into vagina uterine group and the reconstruction group, each group of 99 cases. The operation time, blood loss, length of stay of the two groups was compared, and the POP-Q classiifcation and cure rate were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time of reconstruction group was signiifcantly better than the vagina uterine group, there was signiifcant difference (P< 0.05). 12 months after surgery, the cure rate of reconstruction group than vagina uterine group, there was signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic reconstructive surgery in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse, can effectively strengthen pelvic support structures, to recover the function, and can preserve the uterus, can improve the quality of life of the patients, the effect is worth afifrmation.
