目的：探讨护理干预在老年性上睑下垂围手术期中的作用。方法按照我院眼整形科患者就诊时间，将2010年1月至2012年12月收治的19例患者作为对照组，2013年1月至2015年4月收治的19例患者作为试验组；对照组采用常规围手术期护理措施，实验组在此基础上应用全程护理干预，对两组平均住院日及并发症发生率，患者满意度进行比较分析。结果试验组患者满意度提高，平均住院日缩短，手术延迟及并发症发生率下降（p＜0.05)。结论对老年性上睑下垂患者实施围术期护理干预能使患者及家属更加配合治疗,降低手术风险，促进患者的康复,提高满意度，对保证手术治疗效果起到重要的作用。%Objective to study the perioperative nursing intervention in senile ptosis.Methods according to the time to the patient will be between January 2010 and December 2010, 18 cases of patients as control group, between January 2013 and April 2013 in 20 patients as the experimental group; Control group using conventional perioperative nursing intervention, the experimental group on the basis of the application of the whole nursing intervention, the two groups of average such conifnement and incidence of complications, patients' satisfaction for comparative analysis.Results the average such confinement shorten patients, patient satisfaction is high, the complication rates decline.Conclusionsin patients with senile ptosis perioperative nursing intervention can make the patient and family to more cooperate with treatment, reduce the operation risk, promote the patient's recovery, improve satisfaction, play an important role to ensure the surgical treatment effect.
