目的：探讨射频治疗仪治疗皮肤体表痣的临床效果。方法：随机选择近五年来的57例头面部皮肤体表痣患者给予西安康普XVCⅡ型射频治疗仪治疗（观察组）；再选择同时期50例头面部皮肤体表痣患者给予皮肤磨削术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果差异性。结果：两组患者的治疗效果存在明显差异性，观察组总体治疗效果优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：射频治疗仪治疗皮肤体表痣的临床效果较好，值得推广采用。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency therapy instrument in treatment of skin mole. Methods:57 cases of skin mole in head and face region were given radiofrequency therapy using Xi’an Kangpu XVCⅡradiofrequency instrument (treatment group). 50 cases of contemporaneous patients with skin mole in head and face region were chosen as control and treated with skin grinding therapy. The effects were investigated. Results:the clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than control (P<0.05). Conclusions:The radiofrequency therapy instrument showed significant clinical effect in treatment of skin mole, worth clinical promotion.
