Objective To investigate the application of autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation and contour remodeling. Methods The clinical data of 200 patients who were treated in our hospital from 2016/02 to 2018/01 were collected. The patient took an autologous fat transplant. Observe the treatment results. Results All patients were significantly improved after surgical treatment. The filling area was full of fat, wrinkles became shallow, and the face was rounded, which was visually improved. Subjective satisfaction after surgery was 94.59％ (70/74). Conclusion The application of autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation and contour remodeling is obvious, and patients can obtain satisfactory results.%目的 探讨自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中的应用效果.方法 收集2016/02至2018/01来我院进行治疗的200例患者的临床资料.患者采取自体脂肪移植.观察治疗结果.结果 所有患者经手术治疗后,均得到了明显的改善,充填区域脂肪充盈饱满,皱纹变浅,脸型圆润,视觉上得到明显的改善.患者手术后主观满意度达94.59％(70/74).结论自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中的应用效果明显,患者可以获得满意结果.
