酸性氧化电位水与戊二醛用于检验内镜洗消机消毒效果的比较

         

摘要

目的:比较酸性氧化电位水与2%戊二醛消毒液的消毒效果,为选择消毒液提供参考。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验和内镜清洗消毒模拟现场试验的方法,比较酸性氧化电位水与2%戊二醛消毒液的消毒效果。结果:杀菌试验中,酸性氧化电位水作用1m i n后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均达到5.0以上,对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值达到4.0以上,与作用30m i n的2%戊二醛杀菌效果基本持平。内镜清洗消毒模拟现场试验中,两种消毒液的消除对数值均大于3,但相比消毒10m i n的2%戊二醛,使用酸性氧化电位水消毒5m i n的效果更佳。结论:与戊二醛消毒液相比,酸性氧化电位水具有作用快速、易冲洗、对人体无损害等优势,但使用过程中应注意保存方式和定期监测。%Objective: To compare the disinfection effect of acidic electrolyzed-oxidizing water(AEOW) and 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant,and provide reference for selecting disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and simulated ifeld test were used to compare disinfection effect of AEOW and 2% glutaraldehyde.Results: In the suspension quantitative germicidal test, the kiling logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in exposed AEOW for 1 min were >5.0 and that of Candida albicans exposed for 1 min was >4.0. Meanwhile, 2% glutaraldehyde for 30 min had nearly the same result.In the simulated ifeld test, the kiling logarithm values of two disinfectants were >3. Comparing with 2% glutaraldehyde for 10 min, AEOW was beter for disinfecting in 5 min.Conclusion Comparing with glutaraldehyde disinfectant, AEOW is considered to be beter at fast-acting, easily-cleaning and low-harming.Meanwhile, it should be kept away from the light with constantly testing.
