With the application of the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of the most important factors that inlfuence the selection of medical equipment suppliers. The paper calculates the weighting score of each inlfuencing factor, which lays the foundation for the establishment of the medical instrument supplier evaluation system. The system can provide references for the selection of more qualiifed suppliers.%本文应用层次分析（AHP）法，选择重要影响因素对供应商进行定性和定量分析，计算各影响因素权重的得分，在此基础上建立了医疗器械供应商评价系统，为医院择优选择供应商提供参考依据。
