注射泵验收检测实践与探讨

         

摘要

Objective Injection pump acceptance testing is carried out to find existing problems, corresponding solutions were proposed to ensure a safe and reliable clinical application of injection pump.Methods Flow analyzer was used to test velocity, blocking pressure, and alarm function of two different types of injection pump A and B. Testing data is compared with relevant standards.Results There were two types of injection pump: the pump with a velocity of 5 mL/h has an error percentage of-4.4% and -3.4% respectively; the pump with a velocity of 30 mL/h has an error percentage of 1.4% and 0.4%. Both were in compliance with the requirements of the national metrology, there were differences in pressure threshold setting and alarm form between the two types of injection pump.Conclusion Through acceptance testing of new equipment, the hospital can identify risk factors of medical device safety. The testing data serve as the important reference standard for future equipment maintenance, evaluation, and quality control and trace of the newly-accepted equipment.%目的:开展注射泵设备进院验收检测,发现注射泵验收中存在的问题并提出相应解决方法,从而确保设备安全可靠的进入临床使用环节。方法利用液流分析仪检测A、B两种型号注射泵的流速、阻塞压力和各项报警功能,并对检测数据进行对比分析。结果两种型号注射泵:5 mL/h流速的误差分别为-4.4%和-3.4%;30 mL/h流速误差为1.4%和0.4%,均符合国家计量要求。检测发现,两种型号注射泵阻塞压阈值设置不同,其报警形式等均有区别。结论新设备验收检测工作是医院对设备出厂状态进行摸底的主要途径,具有无法再现性,其检测数据是该设备后期维护、维修、状态评价和质量控制跟踪的重要参考标准。
