By integrating the technology of embedded Internet Protocol Television SetTop Box (IPTVSTB) with the Hospital Information System (HIS), an internal real-time multimedia information distribution system with high definition was designed by adopting the Client/Server-Browser/Server (C/S-B/S) combination model and the Service Oriented Architecture. The paper introduced in details the techniques adopted in the realization of the multimedia information distributive system and its application process in our hospital.%利用嵌入式的IPTV机顶盒技术与医院信息系统（HIS）集成，采用C/S与B/S相结合模式和面向服务架构（SOA），设计了我院内部实时高清多媒体信息发布系统。本文详细介绍了系统实现所采用的技术和实施过程。
