一种非接触呼吸暂停检测技术的研究

         

摘要

To realize the non-contact monitoring of the sleep apnea under low physical and mental load condition, a comprehensive method is used in this paper. First of all, the non-contact collection of human respiratory signals is conducted by bio-radar. Secondly, based on the construction of the simulated sleep apnea signals through functional simulation, the time-domain-based energy spectrum and the wavelet-domain-based wavelet information entropy spectrum are proposed. Finally, according to the accuracy of these two methods, a comprehensive algorithm is put forward to realize the non-contact monitoring of the sleep apnea. The experimental results shows that the comprehensive judgement of the sleep apnea by using the energy spectrum and wavelet information entropy spectrum according to the weight of the accuracy can actually judge the apnea times of obstructive sleep. The comprehensive judgement method will lay the technical foundation of the non-contact aided-diagnosis of sleep apnea.%为了实现在低生理和心理负荷条件下睡眠呼吸暂停的非接触检测,本文首先利用生物雷达实现了对人体呼吸信号的非接触采集,然后通过函数模拟构造伴有呼吸暂停的呼吸仿真信号,提出基于时域的能量谱法和基于小波域的小波信息熵谱法,最后根据两种算法的准确率提出综合判断方法,最终实现了对睡眠呼吸暂停的非接触检测。实验结果表明,利用能量法与小波信息熵法按权重综合判断睡眠暂停,能够较准确地判断阻塞性睡眠的呼吸暂停次数,为非接触睡眠呼吸暂停辅助诊断奠定技术基础。
