ObjectiveToevaluatetheclinicalefficacyoftension-freevaginaltapeobturator (TVT-O) techniqueinthetreatmentoffemalestressurinaryincontinence (SUI).MethodsAretrospectiveanalysis of 63SUIpatients (observationgroup)whoreceivedTVT-Osurgeryinourhospitaland 52SUIpatients (controlgroup)whoreceivedTVTsurgeryinourhospitalfromMarch 2010toDecember 2013was conducted in the study to evaluate the clinical effect of TVT-O. ResuIts The average operating time of observationgroupandcontrolgroupwere (25.0±2.1)minand (34.8±5.5)min;theaverageoperativeblood lossofobservationgroupandcontrolgroupwere (24.0±5.4)mLand (35.4±7.8)mL;thecatheterretention timeofobservationgroupandcontrolgroupwere (43.2±5.0)hand (46.1±6.0)h;inpatienttimeaftersurgery ofobservationgroupandcontrolgroupwere (2.5±1.2)dand(5.4±0.8)d,andthegeneraleffectiveratesof observationgroupandcontrolgroupwere 96.8%and 86.5%.Thereweresignificantdifferencesinaverage operating time, average operative blood loss, inpatient time after surgery and the general effective rate of between thetwogroups (P<0.05),whiletherewerenosignificantdifferenceinthecatheterretentiontimebetweenthetwo groups (P>0.05).ConcIusionTVT-Oisaneffectiveandminimalyinvasivetreatmentmethodforfemalestress urinary incontinence, which enjoys the advantages of safe and simple operation and less complications.%目的：评价经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术（TVT-O）治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析于我院2010年3月~2013年12月经TVT-O治疗SUI的63例患者（观察组）以及同期行经耻骨后尿道中段悬吊术（TVT）治疗SUI的52例患者（对照组）的临床资料，对比评价TVT-O的临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组的平均手术时间分别为（25.0±2.1）min和（34.8±5.5）min，术中平均出血量分别为（24.0±5.4）mL和（35.4±7.8）mL，术后平均尿管留置时间分别为（43.2±5.0）h和（46.1±6.0）h，术后平均住院天数分别为（2.5±1.2）d和（5.4±0.8）d，总体有效率分别为96.8%和86.5%。观察组与对照组的平均手术时间、术中平均出血量以及术后平均住院天数、总体有效率差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,术后平均尿管留置时间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论TVT-O是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的一种微创、有效的术式，具有安全、操作简单快捷、并发症少等优点。
