目的：探讨时间-空间标记反转脉冲（Time-SLIP）技术在不使用对比剂的情况下利用呼吸门控对慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者进行磁共振血管成像的可行性及应用价值。方法使用TOSHIBA EXCELARTVantage 1.5T磁共振，对17例健康者（对照组）及31例慢性肾脏病患者（CKD组）行Time-SLIP肾动脉扫描，由两位经验丰富的MRI医师根据5级评分标准对图像质量进行评价。结果对照组显示36支肾动脉（34支主肾动脉，2支副肾动脉），CKD组显示65支肾动脉（62支主肾动脉，3支副肾动脉）。两名医师均认为，对照组图像质量大于3分者达100%（36/36），CKD组图像质量大于3分者占96.9%（63/65），且两组之间无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。分支显示情况，两名医师均认为对照组评分高于慢性肾脏病（CKD）组，且两组之间存在统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论Time-SLIP技术可用于肾动脉血管成像，是CKD患者肾动脉检查的一个较好的方法。%ObjectiveToevaluatethefeasibilityofnon-enhancedrenalarteryMRangiography (MRA) withrespiratorygatedtimespatiallabelinginversionpulse (Time-SLIP)technologyindiagnosisof chronickidneydisease (CKD)anditsclinicalapplication.Methods 17healthyvolunteers (controlgroup) and 31CKDpatients (CKDgroup)underwentMRIexamination (TOSHIBAEXCELARTVantage 1.5T) with Time-SLIP technology. Two experienced radiologists graded the image quality according to afive-levelscale.ResuIts 34renalarteriesand 2accessoryrenalarterieswereimagedincontrolgroup,while 62renalarteriesand 3accessoryrenalarterieswereimagedinCKDgroup.Bothradiologistspointedout thatthenumberofimageswhosescoreswereequaltoorabove 3scoreincontrolgroupis 36,accounting for 100%;whilethenumberofimageswhosescoreswereequaltoorabove 3scoreinCKDgroupis 63, accountingfor 96.9%.Therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups (P>0.05).Astothe demonstration of branches, both considered that the scores of control group were higher than that of CKD group,andthereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwogroups (P<0.05).ConcIusionTime-SLIP technology can be used in renal artery MRA and is a good method to diagnose CKD.
