目的 解析上海市三级综合性医院等级评审中对医学装备管理的评审要求.方法 依托医疗设备器械管理质控中心平台,由多家三级医院专家组成专家组,通过对医院等级评审要求中医学装备管理标准与现行医疗设备器械管理标准进行比较,对照必备标准、基本标准、评分标准和技术标准4类指标,对检查内容涉及到医学装备管理的各种指标进行系统分析和总结,寻找差距,完善现有工作流程.结果 医院医学装备管理是医院管理的重要环节,从历年的设备资料档案中,可以反映医院的整体发展速度,也是医院管理水平不断提升的一个体现.结论 医学装备管理的质量水平正在逐年提高,在新一期等级评审内容中,则提出了更高的要求.医院医学工程管理部门要以新一期的等级医院评审为契机,强化自身建设,促进医学装备管理质量的持续改善.%Objective To analyze standards for medical equipment management in the grade accreditation of Shanghai general hospitals. Methods Based on the center platform of medical equipment quality control, the expert team is constituted by selecting from several level 3 hospitals. By comparing standards of medical device management in grade hospital accreditation with the current standards, and contrasting 4 indexes: necessary criteria, basic criteria, score criteria and technical criteria, to systematically analyze the data related to medical device management during evaluation, and search disparity and improve the existing workflow. Results Medical equipment management is an important part of hospital management. The medial equipment historical data reflect the development of hospital and improvement of management level. Conclusion The quality of medical equipment management is improving year by year, and higher requirements are put forward in the new period grade accreditation content. All hospitals should take this chance to enhance the ability and improve medical equipment management quality continuously.
