In order to solve the problems such as reduced teaching hours of medical basic computer course and difficulty in improving teaching quality,this paper introduces the process of designing and constructing the medical computer basic course platform system based on eFront supported by campus network CentOS server,and makes a comparative study of teaching practice.The results show that this system applied in teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning,enhance learning performance,and promote the construction of medical colleges'informatized teaching resources and teaching environment.%为解决医学计算机基础课程面临的学时缩减、教学质量难以提高等问题,文章阐述了依托高校校园网架设CentOS服务器,设计构建基于eFront的医学计算机基础课平台系统的过程,并进行了教学实践对比研究.结果显示,该平台系统在教学应用中发挥了激发学习兴趣、提升学习成绩的作用,促进了医学院校信息化教学资源与教学环境建设.
