心脏专用多针孔SPECT的性能评估

         

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the performance of dedicated cardiac SPECT with multi-pinhole collimator (MPH-SPECT) through carried out model experiment and resting myocardial perfusion imaging test. Methods: The sphere phantom and line sources phantom were adopted to evaluate sensitivity of normalized volume and spatial resolution. The data of myocardial perfusion imaging phantom were collected from MPH-SPECT, LEHR-SPECT and indicated cardiac SPECT, respectively, and then they were reconstructed. At the same time, the contrasts of cold region under different perfusion method were compared. One health volunteer was implemented resting myocardial perfusion imaging by using MPH-SPECT and dedicated cardiac SPECT, respectively, and these reconstructed images were further compared and analyzed. Results: The sensitivity of normalized volume of MPH-SPEDT was 92 s-1/(kBq/cm2), and its spatial resolution was 6.0mm. And the contrast of cold region of reconstructed image of myocardial perfusion model of MPH-SPECT was better than that of LEHR-SPECT, and it was similar with that of indicated cardiac SPECT. And the resting myocardial perfusion imaging of MPH-SPECT could distinguished the constructer of left ventricular, and the edge of myocardium in the image was clear. Conclusion: The sensitivity of normalized volume and spatial resolution of MPH-SPECT were better than that of conventional LEHR-SPECT, and resolving power of the cold region of myocardial perfusion model of MPH-SPECT was better than that of LEHR-SPECT and was similar with indicated cardiac SPECT. Besides, the difference of image quality of resting myocardial perfusion between MPH-SPECT and indicated cardiac SPECT was no significant.%目的:通过进行模型实验和静息心肌灌注显像试验,对心脏专用多针孔单光子发射计算机断层扫描(MPH-SPECT)的性能进行评估.方法:采用球模型和线源模型实验评估MPH-SPECT的归一体积灵敏度和空间分辨率;分别在MPH-SPECT、低能量高分辨率(LEHR)准直器SPECT(LEHR-SPECT)和心脏专用SPECT采集心肌灌注模型的数据并重建,对不同灌注方法下的冷区对比度进行比较分析;分别在MPH-SPECT和心脏专用SPECT对1名健康志愿者进行静息心肌灌注显像,对重建图像进行比较分析.结果:MPH-SPECT的归一体积灵敏度为92 s-1/(kBq/cm2),空间分辨率为6.0 mm;MPH-SPECT所得心肌灌注模型重建图像的冷区对比度优于LEHR-SPECT且与心脏专用SPECT相近;MPH-SPECT所得静息心肌灌注断层图像能很好分辨左心室的结构,心肌轮廓清晰.结论:MPH-SPECT的空间分辨率和归一体积灵敏度均优于传统LEHR-SPECT,对心肌灌注模型冷区的分辨能力明显优于LEHR-SPECT且与心脏专用SPECT相当;MPH-SPECT所得静息心肌灌注图像质量与心脏专用SPECT相比无明显差异.
