目的：通过无线射频识别(RFID)系统信息技术手段，结合数字视频技术及实时无线传输技术等，建立科学的RFID医院患儿管理体系。方法：设计患儿及母亲佩戴RFID腕带，进行配对设置；在医院活动空间及过道走廊内布置安装长距离读卡器，用于采集患儿的信息，并自动上传至应用软件管理系统进行数据处理；患儿所在房间内安装定位器，用于识别其活动范围。结果：该系统避免了患儿标本在采集和结果匹配过程中的失误、重复或遗漏，提高了医务人员的工作效率；能够为患儿提供良好的医疗服务保障，降低医疗失误率，提高了医院诊疗质量。结论：RFID患儿管理系统的应用可满足患儿家属的探视需求，为维护医院的工作秩序和患儿的安全防护需求提供了便利，同时可提高医护人员的工作效率，促进医院管理向精细化方向发展。%Objective:Through wireless radio frequency identification (RFID) technology combined with digital video technology and real-time wireless transmission technology, to establish scientific RFID hospital child patient management system.Methods: Designed RFID wristbands for children and their mothers (one-to-one matched between child and mother); installed long distance card readers in activity space and corridors for gathering children’s information, and the information would be automatically uploaded to the application software management system for data processing; installed positioning devices in children wards for identification their activities range.Results: The system avoided the mistakes, repetition or omission at the samples collection and results matched stage, reduced the error rate and provided a good medical diagnosis and treatment service.Conclusion: RFID management system could facilitate family visits, maintenance of the hospital's working order and child safety. At the same time, it could improve the working efficiency, and further promote refined management of hospital.
